Short-term Accommodations

The LoboRESPECT Advocacy Center provides faculty outreach for short-term accommodations requests. An accommodation is considered short-term if it is related to a medical condition of less than six months in duration. Short-term accommodation requests may be initiated by contacting LRAC and providing a form of supporting documentation such as a doctor's note or letter of support from a primary care provider, psychiatrist, counselor, or social worker. Accommodation requests and supporting documentation may be emailed to loborespect@unm.edu. 

Requests for long-term accommodations (for diagnoses of six months or longer in duration) should be made by contacting the Accessibility Resourc Center (ARC).
